Morocco Tour /Seven Days

Casablanca / Rabat
Welcome at Casablanca International Airport. We take a sightseeing tour of Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco. This will include an exterior visit of the Hassan II Great Mosque, one of the Islamic world's greatest monuments. We follow this with a visit of the Place Mohammed V, the United Nations Square, and the surroundings of the Royal Palace before strolling along the Aïn Diab corniche. After lunch, we leave for Rabat. We see the administrative capital of Morocco and the splendid Mohamed V Mausoleum, the Hassan Tower and Place des Oudayas. Late in the afternoon,  we check-in at our hotel and finish with a Welcome dinner. D


Day 2

Rabat / Meknes / Fez
After breakfast, we depart for Fez with a stop at the Roman ruins of Volubilis and the sacred town of Moulay Idriss I, where the founder of Islam in Morocco is buried. Then its on to Meknes or " the Moroccan Versailles " which was founded at the end of the 17th Century by Moulay Ismail. Highlights will include Bab Mansour, Hari Souani and the old medina. Continue to Fez and check-in at the hotel. B,L


Day 3

Fez
The whole day will be devoted to the sightseeing of Fez, the oldest cultural and spiritual imperial city of Morocco, which was founded in 790 B.C by Moulay Idriss II. Highlights will include the Medieval Medina, the Medersas, the El Qaraouiyyin Mosque and the sumptuous Nejjarine fountain. Visit to the Arabian House to observe various craftsmen performing their work reminiscent of ancient techniques.  B,L


Day 4

Fez / Beni-Mellal / Marrakesh
After breakfast, we head for Marrakesh passing by Immouzer El Kander and Azrou, a Berber village known for its handicrafts cooperative. We continue through the wooded and mountainous region. We stop in Beni-Mellal for lunch and then we continue to Marrakesh. B,L


Day 5

Marrakesh
The day will be devoted to the sightseeing of Marrakesh, the second oldest imperial city known as the " Pearl of the South " and home to the Saâdian tombs, the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace and the Menara Garden. In the afternoon, exploration of the souks and the world's famous Djemaâ El Fna place with its various entertainments (story tellers, acrobats, snake-charmers, magicians, etc). Later on, a Diffa Fantasia dinner will be provided under caïdal tents at the famed " Chez Ali " restaurant. Enjoy the fantasia spectacle that includes camel and horse shows, folkloric troops from different Moroccan regions and belly dancers. B,D


Day 6

Marrakesh / Casablanca
After breakfast, the morning is free for leisure, personal exploration or relaxation by the pool of the hotel. In the afternoon, departure to Casablanca via Settat. B,L


Day 7

Casablanca/Airport
After breakfast, transfer to Mohamed V International airport for return flight and assistance with the boarding formalities. B
